Digital World Water Congress

Join IWA’s first fully virtual World Water Congress! 

The IWA Digital World Water Congress is a major virtual event which aims to bring together global stakeholders from across the industry. Attendees of the event will include scientists, academics, water professionals, utilities, regulators and engineers.

The Digital World Water Congress is being held across 8 days, from 24 May – 4 June (with rest days on 26 May and 31 May). In the first week, the congress will run from 11:00 to 15:00 GMT, in the second week, from 12:00 to 16:00 GMT.

The event will host a number of plenary sessions with keynote speakers from industry, as well as dozens of presentations from industry experts. Click here to find out more about the programme. There will also be a poster hall, featuring 400+ presentations from industry experts, including Q&As from each author.

Awards

The event will also host the prestigious IWA Awards. The first four awards mentioned below will be announced during the opening ceremony, while the membership awards will be announced at the start of week two during a plenary session. Each winner will receive an official certificate and will be invited to give a short speech to inspire and motivate the audience. IWA will recognise outstanding professionals within the following categories:

Networking and Other Activities

The event includes opportunities to network with like-minded professionals, either via 1-1 chats, or through larger group conversations. The platform offers smart networking features, which allow attendees to quickly find other attendees based on shared interests, areas of work, or geographical background.
